From my family’s tradition to your daily routine

My name is Amine, founder of OurSeamoss.

Growing up with Moroccan roots, herbal preparations were simply part of life in our home. My mother taught me that wellness didn’t have to feel complicated. It could begin with familiar ingredients, prepared carefully and used consistently. Black seed oil was at the heart of many of those family traditions.

Years later, I discovered how naturally that tradition could come together with wild-harvested Saint Lucian sea moss. That idea became OurSeamoss: combining two time-honored ingredients into one freshly made gel that’s easy to make part of everyday life.

We source our sea moss from Praslin, Saint Lucia, through a trusted local farming family. Every order is then prepared by hand in small batches in Chesapeake, Virginia. We don’t boil our sea moss or dilute it with syrups, artificial flavors, dyes, or unnecessary fillers.

After each jar is made, we still write “Black Seed Oil” on the label by hand. It’s a small detail, but an important one. It reminds us—and shows you—that a real person prepared your jar after you ordered it.

OurSeamoss isn’t about promising overnight miracles. It’s about creating an honest, thoughtfully made product that can become one simple and consistent part of your routine.
